The ULTRAFINE filter cartridge combines the special properties of a sintered activated carbon monoblock with a microfiltration of 0.2 µm through the internal capillary membrane. Even high levels of stress that could accumulate in the organism are held back. The ULTRAFINE filter cartridge is ideal for low line pressure and allows bacterial contamination to be limited. The capillary membrane is tested according to ANSI/NSF Standard 53 (Cyst and Turbidity Reduction).
Activated carbon is able to adsorb (bind) toxic heavy metals such as nickel, chromium, lead and taste-impairing substances. The ULTRAFINE filter cartridge also retains sediments such as sand and pipe deposits up to 5µm.
By combining it with microfiltration (special capillary membrane), the ULTRAFINE filter cartridge achieves the best results, for retention rates of pesticides, herbicides, microplastics, bacteria and viruses up to 0.2µm.
